Sandy’s Story —

For Sandy, every celebration begins with people.

As a professionally trained chef with a natural eye for design, she brings together exceptional food, floral artistry and thoughtful event planning to create celebrations that are beautiful, memorable and full of feeling. Weddings are where it all comes together — from long lunches and late dinners to food people are still talking about the next morning.

For some couples, that’s where it starts and ends. For others, the celebration grows. The same instinct that creates a great menu — sequence, texture and knowing when to let a moment breathe — is what makes a wedding feel effortless. So Sandy plans them, too. And because no table is quite finished without flowers, she arranges those as well.

Take one. Or hand her the whole day.

The Day

The rest of it, held together.

Most couples come for the food and end up handing her the rest. There's a reason for that. A chef spends her life on timing — knowing the main course has to leave the pass at 8:14 because the speeches ran long, and that a room turns when the lights drop rather than when the printed schedule says so. That's the same skill a wedding needs.

The Table

Where every event starts.

The food is the reason she’s there. Menus are built from scratch for your event — shaped by the season, the setting, the occasion and how you want people to experience it. A long, shared lunch that drifts into the afternoon is a different kind of celebration from 300 plates landing at the same moment, and each is treated accordingly.

Sandy and the team cook on site. You taste the whole menu before you commit to it. And it’s served by people who understand that hospitality is about far more than what’s on the plate.

The Flowers

From the same hand that sets the table.

Flowers were never a separate business — they started as the thing missing from the table. Seasonal, generous, slightly wild and cut low enough that people can still see each other across a table. When the same person is plating the food, the two get designed together rather than negotiated, no competing colour stories and no scent fighting the first course. Take the full day — ceremony, bouquets, tables, the odd corner that needs something — or just the tables, if that's the part that matters to you.
